I am a Western Slope native and have called Montrose home for more than 16 years. 

This is where my husband and I have built our businesses, raised our family, and become deeply connected to the community. That local perspective plays a sign role in how I approach real estate.

Before becoming a realtor, I spent 10 years in marketing, and I bring that experience to every property I list. I believe good real estate marketing should be thoughtful and strategic, not simply posting a home on the MLS and hoping for the best. From pricing and positioning to photography, video and digital marketing, I’m always looking at how we can make a property stand out and reach the right buyers.

I earned my B.B.A. from Colorado Mesa University, and I approach real estate with an analytical mindset. I like the numbers. I like understanding what the market is actually doing. And I believe my clients deserve straightforward information, even when it isn’t what they expected to hear. My goal is to give you the data, context and strategy you need to make a confident decision, without the fluff or sales pitch.

For me, communication is crucial. Buying or selling real estate can involve a lot of moving pieces. I work hard to make sure my clients understand what’s happening, what comes next and what their options are along the way.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me with my family traveling, enjoying Western Colorado, coaching or watching my kids’ activities, and generally enjoying the beauty and comfort of my home.
